The world’s most revered knifemaking traditions come together in the Chef’s Knife. Expert Japanese craftsmanship and inspired German innovation combine in a highly versatile blade that is durable, light weight and spectacularly sharp. The Kaizen Chef’s Knife is available in 2 sizes, each with their own edge curvature and distinct profile. But both excel at virtually any food prep. The blades feature a scant 12 bevel per side cutting edge from heel to the very fine tip. Use them for chopping, western rocker-style chopping, slicing, mincing, dicing, portioning and more. The incredibly fine edges are not recommended for use with bones or frozen foods. Hand wash only.
